I tried to see if I was able to got a deal that would include internet, mobile and TV, much to my disappointment Xfinity does not offer such a package. plus the idea that they offer you the option to speak to someone from the retention team is completely disingenuous. Every time I have spoken to a member not once was I presented with a viable alternative. Just today I had an outstanding customer service experience with Sirus XM. I didn't even have to speak to a representative it was all handle through AI, and I was able to find a plan that would fit my budget. Xfinity needs to take a cue from their handling of customer satisfaction

However, there are still ways to save. Xfinity Internet members can take advantage of Xfinity Mobile pricing, and in many cases adding Xfinity Mobile can significantly reduce your overall communication costs compared to having separate providers. There are also promotional discounts available from time to time on Internet and TV packages, depending on your location and the services you're interested in.
