I tried to see if I was able to got a deal that would include internet, mobile and TV, much to my disappointment Xfinity does not offer such a package. plus the idea that they offer you the option to speak to someone from the retention team is completely disingenuous. Every time I have spoken to a member not once was I presented with a viable alternative. Just today I had an outstanding customer service experience with Sirus XM. I didn't even have to speak to a representative it was all handle through AI, and I was able to find a plan that would fit my budget. Xfinity needs to take a cue from their handling of customer satisfaction
