Customer Service/Live Agent
I've been trying for over 30 minutes to connect to a live agent by calling or finding a way to connect otherwise regarding my tv issue that has been unresolved for about two years. I have not been able to watch my tv without it pixelating. Sometimes you can hardly watch the tv, but yet they continue to charge me without resolving the issue. Every time you try and deal with an issue you have to prepare around two hours of your time. I have spent countless hours on the phone and each time you call in they want you to troubleshoot before you go any further. I am done troubleshooting each time I call in. They have been out for the same issue at least three times and you have to find more of your time to be available. The customer service and trying to get a hold of someone if beyond ridiculous.
