I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation. Was your question answered? Please, mark a reply as the Accepted Answer.
If an employee doesn't respond to your message here, you can try calling them at the phone number on your bill, or at 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489), or 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278).
Those numbers once connected you with an agent who might be able to help you. Unfortunately, they now connect with a not-terribly-bright AI that tends to cause extremely high levels of frustration and blocks most attempts to reach a human agent. And the callback option at https://www.xfinity.com/support/schedule-callback/ has likewise become essentially unusable.
Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
