Hi,

My name is Elizabeth Rafferty and I live at 8 Nairn Road in Pocasset MA and I cannot get logged in no matter how hard I try. I try to reset my password and get a code on my mobile and immediately put it in and ALAS it does not work!!!!! 

What is going ON????

I want to approve adding Netflix and Hulu to my TV, as these are both included with the promo I just signed up for........but cannot get that done.
