CSPAN and BBC News in HD, in 94062
C-SPAN (channel 79) and BBC News (channel 167) are only available in Standard Definition on our cable TV box. We're in zip code 94062.
Other channels are available in HD, but not these two. Is there any way to make these channels available to us in HD?

Good afternoon @user_72ed46! If you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup, you can sign in and check to see of those two channels are available in HD in your current lineup. If not, you can head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/channel-availability-faqs to leave a request to have them added. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
