It's not a regular TV channel. It's a streaming network. There are apps for Apple, Android and Roku.

I can access it tht way, but then have to pay for each video. So my subscribing to Criterion is no help to me. Right?

An alternative is to use Chromecast with the Chrome browser.

One solution is to use Chromecast to broadcast it to your TV from the Chrome browser.
