Credits or refund due to loss of Scripps contract

Apparently all of the news stations that I’m interested in are now gone. Is my bill going to be reduced moving forward? What’s an alternative to being able to watch the same shows that were on Scripps ? If you’re saving money by not offering those scripps services moving forward are our bills going to go down or if you are able to make a deal with them, how much is our bill going to go up?

I agree. We didn't get Avs or Nuggets games for 3 yrs because of a contract dispute with Altitude KSE

Yesterday I spent nearly two hours on the phone and on the website chat trying to get information on this. The reps I contacted seemed to have no clue as to the Scripps contract dispute and kept telling my missing channels must be a technical issue. They wanted to pass me off to tech support when it's clearly not a tech support issue. And they had to ask which channel(s) were affected, and how long has this been going on. Seriously? Your own people claim to be unaware of the blockage and don't know anything about credits on our bills? Doesn't Xfinity have a data base showing which areas of the country and which channels are affected by your contracts, and which customers are due compensation? It's unacceptable.
