Hello user_4iuw7s is this still a concern for you? Are you using the Xfinity Stream App on a smart TV or other mobile device, or using a Xfinity cable box? If using the cable box, can you find the channel by saying "Court TV" into the X1 voice remote?

xfinity cable box and voice remote only takes me to a screen that is grayed out, so it is unhelpful.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
