CourtTV is a broadcast network carried by a local TV station, although I think in some areas cable systems may be allowed to directly carry it. It looks like you probably get Boston stations, and it should come via WUTF-TV. The CourtTV website doesn't show a specific cable channel number for Comcast for WUTF.
Same in Franklin, MA. I spent over an hour on the phone with two different Xfinity Reps, neither could tell me why. One even told me I never had it. I watch it everyday and know it was on channel 58 for the past 5 years at least. Xfinity is HORRIBLE. It's the only service they offer where I live otherwise I would get rid of them.
They said, if what I was saying was right, everyone would be calling. How can THEY not know they are not broadcasting a station anymore?
Hi there, @user_4ca419, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts and feedback with us. The Broadcaster (WPDX) who owns Court TV decided to change the programming from Court TV to Grit TV. Grit TV is a network that features classic TV series and western feature films. We are no longer allowed to carry programming that the broadcaster has decided to remove.
I no longer work for Comcast.

Pissed!! The whole point of getting Xfinity, rather than the dish cable companies is Inever had to worry about the channel lineup because an agreement had not been made. Bring back court TV ASAP (littleton CO)
it’s been gone for several months. It changed to Grit TV. Xfinity doesn’t broadcast this channel directly so it was the station in Boston that cut it. I watch it now on Xumo. Finding more and more reasons not to have Xfinity anymore. I’m just not ready to cut the cord yet 😂😂

It's possible WUTF replaced CourtTV with Grit. Comcast just passes on broadcast signals, so there is nothing they can do.
