Correct channels are not showing
When I go to USA on the channel guide I get an HBO channel. The same thing also happens where National Geographic should be. Why is this happening?

Thank you for taking the time to create a new post. I hope you are doing well. I see you're getting HBO when you're seeking other channels like USA or Nat Geo. I'm sure this has been confusing and frustrating.
That said, you're in good hands. We are a full-service team, so you've come to the right place for help. Keep in mind the Xfinity App is a great way to troubleshoot your service as well. It has excellent troubleshooting tools and help articles for nearly anything you need.
It also allows you to reset your equipment. Have you tried to reset the box or tried any additional troubleshooting so far?
