Contracts

I’ve been in a contract over two years. But over the last few months I’ve gone online and added different channels packages. Has that put me into a new contract? Because I would like to cancel. Am I gonna now be charged to cancel my contract? Patrick

Hello @user_ss3ays, Thanks for taking time to post on our Xfinity Community Forum. I hope the day has been treating you well. I can completely understand your concerns, making changes to your plan can sometimes be confusing. If you have signed up for a contract, and you cancel all services with Xfinity there would be a termination fee. If you are only making changes to your existing services there is no termination fee related to making changes. When making changes to your plan you should also receive an order confirmation email, you may be able to check your email to confirm the changes made.
