Constant freezing

Every time I use any streaming service, I get constant freezing. The CW and ESPN+ are literally unwatchable. I pay almost $400/month for this awful service?  I replaced an older tv with a Sansung Crystal HD tv, and that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?
