Connectivity?

Channels won't load.  I can load the guide, change channels, etc., but I just get those 3 "loading" dots whenever I go to a channel.  I tried turning everything off and back on twice, but that didn't work.  And, when I called customer service, my call wouldn't go through.  Even the support page online and the app on my phone won't load!  All communications seem to be down.  Is everything ok over there?  This kind of feels like the beginning of a zombie movie.
