Dear Comcast Representative.   I am very disappointed in the outcome in regards to the above confirmation  number.  The agent that i corresponded with thru the telephone with a  personal call was AJAY  My purpose was to see If my monthly bill could be reduced .  He lower it but made a MISTAKE  Not to my benefit.  As I found out the next day.  .  He said nothing would change same as prior.  I agreed   The price $247.43 Monthly for 2 years  Guaranteed.   After many calls  and research I spoke with Andrew.  He stated that Ajay only listed 2 boxes instead of 3.  Which I have had for years .  And my cable was not working on all TV's.   After going to the  Comcast store and speaking to Kenny there was nothing comcast could do for me .  It was not my ERROR.   I repeated to Ajay everything the same  Answer was YES.   It was not the same.  As I found out the difficult way.   If I want 3 boxes I have to pay for 3 boxes.  I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years .  I feel I should not have to pay for this error.  It's your ERROR. or your employee.  O know I can cancel your services if I choose .  Please look into this complaint and send back to me a positive solution.  This was not a pleasant experience  .   Barbara [Edited: "Personal Information"]    you have my contact information    Hoping to hear from you soon and my message not pushed aside .

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well, besides the recent headache. I understand we made some changes, and I express that everything will remain the same, including your equipment. Unfortunately, I see there was a small oversight causing one box to be left off and then go offline. I can certainly see how frustrating this would be. I'm confident Ajay didn't do this with any harmful intentions, as accidents do happen. 

That said, I do understand this was no fault of your own. I appreciate all your patience and understanding along the way. I can confirm wouldn't be able to add a box for free, and we would need to charge you for that additional box if you wanted to add and activate it again.
