Regarding the ongoing dispute with E.W. Scripps and Xfinity. While this dispute carries on, we are missing some of the content we watch most often. Your position is you want to avoid a price increase to your customers. However, since you are not planning to reduce our bill for the service we are not getting and you are not paying Scripps for their content, doesn't that equate to a customer increase? It seems this scenario is solely aligned with increasing your profits. Over the years we've been customers, dealing with your company is very difficult. For me this is the last straw. Instead of spending more time dealing with you I will spend time seeking alternatives to all Xfinity products.
