Hello, this is a long time customer writing to let you know how badly you guys are failing to get the deal done with CHSN. I’m not able to watch my favorite local teams because of YOU and I am paying big money for your services. I am days away from cutting ties with you guys because for the money you charge there is NO EXCUSES not to have this channel added to your services already !!!!!!!!!!

Hello, @user_dmvmfu I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with us. We have to pay for almost every channel we carry, including new networks that launch, so we're careful about adding channels that could increase customers’ bills due to the fees charged by the owners of the channels. We try to make agreements that give our customers the content they want at a price that is reasonable. We're always working to bring you the best and widest variety of programming possible, which is why we regularly review networks based on our customers’ interests.
