Comet and The Nest are broadcast networks carried by a local TV station. That station has changed affiliations (it's a new month.) There is nothing Comcast can do, as they just pass on the signal given to them.
user_5e9835 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums Team. Changes in your lineup and broadcasting options can be frustrating. I would be delighted to answer any questions you have regarding Coment TV. To get started, can you please send a DM with your name, and service address?
Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble) Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
Not sure which response you say is weak.Comcast has NO control over what a station airs. If you watched it, there should have station ID occasionally. If you don't know, post what market you are in and maybe we can figure out what station aired it. It's also possible it moved to a new station and may be on a different channel.
@Andyross Weak is acting like it is still Comet and they are airing different programming when in fact it is NEST a completely different channel. Acting like they have no control when the channel line up is a product they deliver is weak. Comet still lives I have it on stream. THEY are in control of adding a new or removing an old channel. That help?

That is a weak response. Get with said station and tell them the issue.
