code 3205 on paramount plus

I am getting code 3205 on paramount plus when trying to watch lioness or Tulsa king. how can I resolve this issue? I was having this issue two years ago and out of frustration I dropped Paramount Plus. two weeks ago I decided to try again and the same problem still exists after two years, amazing they are still in business
