It will keep happening until it gets fixed. Make sure all your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any extra splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further

Cables are tight. I finally got ahold of someone through the 800 number. They don’t think it’s on my end so they’re looking at the backend.
