I have subscribed to your premium channel plan. Like other users in this forum, I’m experiencing the “subscription” message when I try to tune into CMT. 
Ive reported this to your situated assistant now 5 times and have been sent on to an agent who has done nothing to fix the issue. I’ve been promised calls from technical people that have come. 
I upgraded my plan to get this channel and I am not getting what I’ve paid for. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. 
it’s obviously a known issue, why can’t I get it fixed?
