CHSN

Diamond customer here, I left Direct TV years ago for Comcast, I have been exploring cutting the cord with Comcast of late but need one last push. Your refusal to make a mid level deal with CSHN is just the push I needed. I will be canceling my account if you can't make a deal with CHSN by the time the Bulls tip off the season. And once I am gone, my $250 a month is gone for good.

As of two days ago I have started my cord cutting from Comcast, I have canceled my land line phone, canceled any apps that we were paying for though Comcast, and returned the box on my 2nd TV. We set up a firestick and streaming on that TV are goal is to try it out for a month and see how we like it, so far so good. We have the bill down about $70 so far, we plan on cutting the cord almost completely at the end of this billing period, by returning the second box and going to YouTube. I have bought a tv antenna and am picking up channel 62 for the Bulls games.   The only thing left will be comcast internet, but we plan on purchasing our own modem and then begin the search for the best internet provider we can get.

I feel exactly the same way. Xfinity needs to get a deal done so I can watch the Bulls games or I'll be gone too. My bill is over $250/month as well. The greed being exhibited is inexcusable.

Xfinity Customer Service is rude. I am a long time Xfinity customer with Cable, internet and phone. I called to ask about why they cant reach an agreement with CSHN and the rep did not want to listen and just hung up. There reps could care less about customers.

I am a long time Xfinity customer with cable, internet and voice. I called to ask why they have not come to an agreement with CHSN. The Customer Service agent was rude and did not want to listen and just hung up. They could have at least listened and acknowledge my complaint. Just another bad experience with Xfinity Customer Service.

Yep same boat here so ridiculous these people are at comcast. We work hard to pay them every month and expect service for that payment. We come home to watch the sports we love and comcast is playing games with our entertainment. Keep [Edited: "Language"] around comcast and expect more and more people to leave for good.  2 games already missed for the Bulls because of this [Edited: "Language"] and my bill is the same, explain that to me comcast.

I should be able to get CHSN if I have the same level of service I had with Comcast sports network. Why does the  Xfinity company wants to put on the higher package. I guess will have to look at Direct tv stream or Fubo. You will lose more money than gain in the future for not being more negotiable with CHSN.

I agree; it is disappointing that this issue could not have been resolved sooner.  For the fans, it makes the new network appear to be greedy and not really fan-friendly.

Same here, I have been a Xfinity customer since they were Comcast. I pay over $300 a month. I will give it till Nov. 1, otherwise I will be contacting Direct TV and switching service. This is ON TV all over again. Riesdorf just sell all your intrest in Chicago sports.
