CHSN - Make A Deal NOW

We have been Comcast/Xfinity customers for 13+ years. One of the reasons we have continued with cable services is because we love watching sports. We are avid Chicago Blackhawks fans living in Indiana. Not being able to watch the Hawks this year is causing us to want to discontinue cable services! We are already unhappy with the price increase we've experienced in the last several months and partnered with the difficulty in speaking to a live person willing to help us with that cost, this could be the final straw for us to finally cut the cord!

Do your customers a solid and make a deal for CHSN! That alone would be more valuable than the joke that is Xfinity Rewards!!

EDIT: Just got the email that I'll see a bill credit of $3.75 for losing NBC Sports! Keep your $3.75 a month and GIVE US CHSN!

Honestly, we have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for 25 years and only kept cable because of Chicago sports over the last few years. Not carrying the new channel that broadcasts the Sox, Hawks and Bulls will be the push we need to cut the cord as the expense of cable ~$150 a month is no longer needed as we can watch everything else via streaming.

Same here. I have been a loyal customer since 2000. Only been holding onto cable so I can watch my Chicago sports. This monopoly like behavior disgusts me. Why can’t you please come to terms with CSN? Or at least tell us when you will and what’s needed to get there? Or you risk losing thousands of customers.

Enough is enough Xfinity.  Both sides have been ignorant in this negotiation but sticking it to loyal Xfinity subscribers is insane.  We are already paying an extra fee for regional sports.  Plus I pay extra for the expanded Sports package to get NHL, MLB, NFL, NBA and RedZone Networks.  Just include  CHSN at the same price point that NBC Sports Chicago was at prior to going off the air.  the channels are available as well 200 & 201.  This goes on much longer and I'll be cancelling my Comcast/Xfinity subscription after 30 years.  Unbelievable.

One of the only things I watch on Comcast are the Cubs at least they did not hold out too long with Marque and the Bulls / Blackhawks I did hope that this would go the same way but it did not so I bought an antenna but that really does not work in my area I pick up a lot of stations ( too my surprise) but could not scan the CHSN channels 62.2 and 63.3 I tried the radio but too had to follow I just want to SEE the game. I understand that Comcast does not like that CHSN is broadcast on the air but other streaming services did not seem to mind and it really is not a good option for a majority of the viewers. So I have to reconcile myself to no Bull Games this season except for some that might me on ESPN. This only increases my disdain for Comcast if a viable alternative comes along I will switch but I have my cell phones, home phone, internet and TV all with Comcast.
