That's a great question, @hwkn! I couldn't find any specific details about Chicago Sports Network other than packaging and channel lineup options. There is a support article located at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/uhd-4k-faqs that discusses a lot of details about 4K content and availability, but it doesn't mention any broadcast channels by name.
