user_kjvdl2 Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums regarding the CHSN channel. I understand how important it is to stay connected to your favorite teams, and I truly appreciate your feedback. NBC Sports Chicago notified Comcast and other providers that they would be ceasing operations as of September 30, 2024. This decision was made solely by NBC Sports Chicago and is outside of Comcast’s control.

That said, we do offer a range of alternative content that may help fill the gap! Platforms like Peacock, ESPN, Fox Sports 1, and CBS Sports Network provide a wide variety of sports programming. You can also try saying “sports” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to discover even more options.

I’d be happy to help review your current services and explore additional options that may suit your needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to assist!

Thanks again for sharing your concerns, and I hope we can find the best solution for you!

The best solution is to add Chicago Sports Network programming as the Blackhawks season starts this week.

user_kjvdl2 I wish it was that simple. As a hockey fan too, I understand not wanting to miss a game and would be happy to see if it is available on a different network for you. To get started, please send a direct message with your full name and address.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
