Charging extra for INSP?? How freaking dare you!

Xfinity now bundling INSP with channels we don’t want is about as disrespectful to your customers as anything could be. That channel is showing TV westerns  that are 50-60 years old!! What idiot made this decision? 

is it that INSP is more popular than all your other channels so you want to punish and antagonize your customers, rather than reward them? 

This kind of disdain for loyal subscribers is why people are dumping cable. This sheer obnoxiousness proves that those people in the programming department are completely out of touch with customer. This is the WORST kind of customer service! 

It’s well past time to end the Cable TV monopoly and to turn it into a regulated utility. Or to mandate competition so people have a choice. 

I hope the moron who made this decision gets fired! I’m not paying you MIRE money to watch 60 year old reruns!!
