Same here. This morning my wife found that Hallmark Movies and POP channels now require a subscription, and of course thinks I did something to change it or stop paying for them. Is there some notification/explanation that I missed?
Update: Since it's nearly impossible to get a person to speak with via automated systems or the 800 line, I drove 10 miles to nearest Xfinity store for help. They confirmed that some of the channels that are recently saying "Subscription required" are actually a glitch that is being worked on and not channels that have been removed and require separate subscription. Thought I'd share this for anyone interested.
Thank you for letting everyone know. My husband thought I changed something. I tried chat for an hour only to be ignored. At least I know it's not just me. Thanks again.
