Channels Removed

When I upgraded my package to add the internet I LOST channels.  Customer service simply says sorry.  No solution.  Just looked up online how to get back We TV, TMC and WGN. Simply not offered.  Not OK Xfinity.  You need to find that solution instead of taking away things from your customers.  I am still researching how I can get what I want.  Do you really want to lose all your business to streaming companies?  Do you understand customer service requires service?  It takes a lot to get me to post about things so enough.

I agree they have also removed Cozi TV. When my contract is up I will be looking elsewhere

Cozi TV is a broadcast network carried by a local TV station. If that station dropped Cozi, then it will disappear from Comcast, which just passes the signal on.

the shows that are this plan has turned into a nightmare. same shows over and over. canceled shows and a increased fees for programs that play over and over.I have come to the end of my patience. Can not take this any longer .

I recently "upgraded" to get a lower price... I am saving $13 a month now and lost the named channels as well as Starz.. makes no sense that they do not look out for long-term customers... just keep jacking up the fees and rentals
