When I upgraded my package to add the internet I LOST channels. Customer service simply says sorry. No solution. Just looked up online how to get back We TV, TMC and WGN. Simply not offered. Not OK Xfinity. You need to find that solution instead of taking away things from your customers. I am still researching how I can get what I want. Do you really want to lose all your business to streaming companies? Do you understand customer service requires service? It takes a lot to get me to post about things so enough.
