Channels not working

I’ve been getting the message below on certain channels for the last couple days.

“This channel is temporarily unavailable” and below that it says, “Please wait while the channel reloads, or try again.”                                                

And then gives code: XRE 03059

We had the same problem starting on 12/26/21.  Called Xfinity and the rep tried quite a few potential fixes without success, and finally scheduled a technician appointment for 1/2/22. Today the channels that were unavailable are suddenly working OK.  I’m not canceling the tech appointment quite yet though.

 am so sorry about the error codes, but we can take a look and see how we can help! If you don't mind, have you made sure all the cords are secure and have you tried to reboot the box recently to see if that fixes anything? To send a direct message you may need to:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
