Channels not authorized

Reported losing connection as unauthorized and no response. My plan covers channels 34, 35, 36, 37, and 65 but they all all denied access.

Working video service is important, I would be happy to take a closer look at what is impacting your access. Firstly, have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps using the Xfinity Assistant?
