Channels not as promised

I recently added xfinity voice to my account. I'll spare the details on how much of a pain that process was, because this is about TV. When I added voice, the person I spoke to informed me that I would need to change my plan, since it was old (or something to that effect). I explicitly asked, "I will have all of the same channels, just under a different plan?", and the answer was "Yes". Now, after looking more closely at my 'new' plan, I have lost all of the premium channels that were included in my old plan, and apparently will need to spend substantially more to subscribe to them individually. This is unacceptable, and clearly not what I was promised. I was told, at the very beginning, that adding voice to my existing plan would only cost an additional $10 a month when all was said and done. That, at least, was correct.

I spoke to an agent on Live Chat today. If I want to have all the services that I had before I added Voice, my new bill would have gone up by about $41, not $10. Very unhappy with the whole process at this point.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
