Channels not appearing in Stream App.
Hello, i recently downloaded the Xfinity stream app but many of my channels are not appearing. I have accounts at 2 properties with Xfinity - one is internet only and once is TV and Internet. I believe this may be a part of the problem. Please advise what I need to do to get my channels to appear on the Xfinity stream app. Is it possible to email someone I tried the chat which was not helpful at all.

When it comes to Xfinity Stream, the first thing I'd mention is that it may not provide access to all subscribed channels when not connected to your in-home Wi-Fi network because certain channels are restricted to in-home streaming. To access the full channel lineup and on-demand library, you'll want to make sure you're connected to your in-home network first and foremost. When using mobile data or other networks, only a limited selection of channels may be available for streaming. The other thing I'd recommend especially if you have two accounts where one has no TV services is to ensure you're signing into the Xfinity Stream app using the Xfinity ID and password associated with that specific account as your internet only login would not prompt any unsubscribed services if the logins for your accounts are different.
