Channels missing with constant errors.

I have been having issues for almost a week now where I lose channels more specifically 188 NBC.  I have made numerous attempts to get xfinity to fix this.  It is something to do with there lines as it has happened in a previous home.  All these jokers pretend to do is push buttons and nothing ever gets resolved.

Hello @dprichter! Thank you for taking the time to reach out for assistance on Forums! I apologize that you are experience issues with losing channels. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have! How are you viewing your channels (cable TV box, Xfinity stream app, etc.)?

The issue was resolve. There was an issues with equipment in my area that affected 2000 people. The fact the customer support never believes a customer is complete BS.  $362 a month for poor customer service.

We're glad the issue is now fixed, and you can view channel 188 again. This sounds like a confirmed area issue. Since that is the case, you can request credits for the downtime via our Xfinity Status Center.  By signing in, you can request a credit for these interruptions.
