Channels missing from Digital Premier TV service
We subscribe to Digital Premier for $73.50 per month...but Showtime Starz and Hitz are blacked out from our service. We are paying for these and not receiving them. How do we fix this?

Starz I can tell you is no longer included. Like Cinemax it's available as an add on only. But the other channels you should be receiving. Try rebooting your boxes. If that doesn't work, give them a call.
