Channels in sequence

Recently my channels went from 02-79 and so on, in numerical order. As of 4 days ago when the tv is was turned on channels start in the thousands order; ie Channel 6=1026. How do I fix so I can watch regular channels 02-79?? Anyone...BUELLER BUELLER BUELLER...YES I DID talk to TECH SUPP. for 2 hrs and no help.
