Channel programming wrong!!

Altitude 1250 and altitude 2 1251 are playing the same program!!! 1251 supposed to be playing the avalanche and blackhawks game!!! Missing the game right now!!!

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.

And now, on March 14, it’s still screwed up. Both Altitude channels are showing the Nuggets game even though the Avalanche-Flames game is supposed to be on 1251. There’s no way to contact a real person at Xfinity, and no one seems to care. They posted an apology on Instagram the last time this happened and didn’t bother to fix the problem. Might as well cancel service and go back to YouTube TV and add Altitude+.
