Channel problem

Can someone please tell why I'm not getting these channels when I'm supposed to be?

 

Comedy.TV HD 1437
Justice Central.TV HD 1446
Recipe.TV HD 1483

 

Numbers don't even show up in the guide.

I have x1. According to my latest bill I'm supposed to be. I've seen that others over at dslreports.com receive them
