Channel not loading
I did not accept solution to my previous post although it was marked that way. My issue with TBS has not been resolved as I still cannot connect to TBS. I keep getting our system is unable to connect. As stated previously since May 24, I have been unable to connect to TBS. After a few online chats, multiple restarts and multiple refresh system, unplugging and replugging hmd1 along with unplugging tv and restarting tv still no TBS. I have done everything on my end to get TBS to connect but still cannot connect. As this affects all three of my tvs, I've come to the conclusion that Comcast needs to fix this problem on your end. Please fix.
