https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup is supposed to show just your channels and it use to work for me. Doesn't anymore, it shows EVERY channel. Don't know if it works for anyone or not. I've complained, to no avail.
I couldn't get any help from Xfinity but I did find one here. Preferred Channel Lineup | CableTV.com. They also have lists for other plans besides Preferred.

You mentioned "ticket number(s)" so should we first be submitting a trouble report? What should we say on the report? That xfinity is not showing my plan's channel numbers on the website when I'm logged into my account? Sorry, I don't understand your reply.
