Channel lineup

I know that this will seem to be a trivial question but it has bugged me ever since I signed up for Comcast cable so I’ll ask.

I subscribe to Digital Preferred.  In the channel lineup, I’m told that it includes Digital Starter; then, when I go to Digital Starter, I’m told that it includes Digital Basic.  So, to see what channels I get, I have to flip through three lists!  How difficult can it be to have all the channels for each subscription level to be listed together?  I understand that when the channel lineups existed only in hard copies that you would save space by organizing them this way.  But now, when people use the online version, why can’t the lineups be more convenient to use?  Lord, assign this to some intern and get it done.

Hey there, @user_15854f You can use this link to view all the channels by their tier. The names have changed but each tier contains all the channels with a dot under that tier level. The tiers are organized in order from smallest to largest from left to right with every channel. Let me know if you need any more information.

Comcast list of channels is not user friendly.  Your link took me to available channels.  Not what I want.  I'm looking for an easy guide that shows me by channel number what is on my TV,  The List in Comcast prints to 30 pages because of all the duplicates.  Here's an idea:

CBS       ch 3    ch 211    ch 1014        ch 6000

NBC       ch 8   ch 217    ch 1025

etc.

The whole thing needs a new format that is user friendly

@user_f91940   I’m not sure of that suggestion but it’s certainly better than the current one.  Please!!  Just a list of the channels available on my tier—and only my tier—in a format that can be printed.  I don’t want to have to use my iPad just to see my channels!!  Comcast guy:  this isn’t a matter of aesthetics, but of convenience and usefulness.
