Channel lineup.

I have ROKU streaming stick and I get limited programs from ACORN TV. I purchased the separate ACORN TV channel for $5.99 and it is listed separately on my monthly bill. When I attempt to access the channel the prompts say I must pay. When I tried going to Xfinity service under my channels it says there is no ACORN TV channel. How can that be when I access it on ROKU streaming but can not access it from my regular TV channels. By the way I am extremely upset about this service point that could not or would not help resolve this issue.
