Thank you for reaching out today! I am just the person to help you in resolving any questions or concerns about your channel line up. The link: https://comca.st/3v6cso1 can be helpful in locating your channel lineup for your address. Another great feature would be to use our Free to Me Filter (which is a filter for only those programs included in your subscription) on your TV box. You can follow the link: https://comca.st/3sZE0bU to learn more! I have this on my own TV so that my kids do not try to subscribe to any channels I do not want and doesn't tempt me to want to watch a channel I do not have! We can assist with all your account needs from troubleshooting together to billing inquiries and more!
I replied here earlier, but didn't seem to have taken. I'm new to Xfinity, so, maybe doing something wrong.
The "Free to Me" filter does not seem to work. I signed up for 125 channels. Can't find/print a listing. "My Account" listing is 900+ channels. The Guide using the cited filter is similar. Are there just a bunch of other channels provided beyond the contractual 125?

How do we print what channels are included in each package? Just looking for a grid : Rows are the channel, Columns would be the package with dots in the cells. Trying to decide which package to subscibe to.

The channel lineup for [Edited: "Personal Information"] includes channel 1620 but it doesn't work. Why not?
