Channel Line Up Changes every day with the system reset

I am desperate for a resolution to my issue. My channel line up is wrong every single day.  It started in December when I received error code XRE-03056.  When that happens I can not watch the major stations in my area- abc/cbs/nbc. Plus the Food Network channel disappears.  When I hit my clicker for channel 10- I go to channel 57. When I get this error, all of the line up is different. In place of channel 10- I have a Spanish church channel. Instead of 810 I have NECN Today where it should just be the Today show. The list goes on.  I have had all of the boxes replaced-m the wires replaced to the house and spent daily sessions with the lovely peeps in customer service.  They all offer the same thing.  Refresh.  Unplug.  But no one tells me a permanent fix.  I am really tired of refreshing every day. Please advise One night I left the TV on channel 10 to see what would happen in the morning.  Yup- it was reset and there was no one here to do that.  So, when the system does its daily refresh, the channel line up reverts to the same thing- always missing above as stated above.  Is there a solution for this?
