Channel is Temporarily unavailable - try again. I keep getting this error message, channel is temporarily unavailable try again. It happens

I keep getting this error message, channel is temporarily unavailable try again. It happens often on the local channel 3 KCRA and it also happens on CNN a lot.

It happens on a lot of channels it’s been going on for 10 days. Especially our local channel KCRA channel.

@lazytee​ Have you tried rebooting your box?

You can easily troubleshoot your services by logging into the Xfinity My Account app, select cable and then troubleshooting to get started. We're also more than happy to help you here.

They rewired my house back to the pole. Excellent repairmen. First was here 3 hours and set up new modem. 1 month later second tech rewired entire house to the pole and put in new boxes he worked 6 hours. Comcast has a bug and they don't know how to fix it. I recently found that if I go to Netflix or Prime during these malfunctions, they both work which makes no sense. If I go from these OnDemand channels back to tuner sometimes the channels work for a while. I know at this point that Comcast has no idea what the issue is. They all go to weakened signal strength or loose cable but that is just the symptom they read. I believe their software people have just overwhelmed the hard drive capability. Tech are coming Thursday. It is Tuesday today but that is the state of Comcast today. Great product, but it doesn't work. You know my next move.
