Channel guide issues

We have a few shows we record on business channels. Varney and Company is a 3 hour Live show. All of a sudden it is listed by the hour instead of showing it as a 3 hour show. This messed up our recordings only recording the first hour. We had it set to record the 3 hour show. Caputo is the same as well as a couple of shows on CNN (The Lead with Jack Tapper). Sometime after I set a series recording for the 3 hour show, something changed and it was only recording the first hour of Varney. I have it jerry rigged now by manually choosing each hour of the show to record. This needs to be fixed.

What are the chances I’m going to get an answer on this question?? It’s really a pain in the you know what to have to record 3 separate hours of a 3 hour show. Somewhere in an update something went wrong and it needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.

How about a hint where the peer to peer chat icon is so I can start going through the hoops to try to get this solved? Now the 3 separate recordings are missing a recording, the 3rd hour of the show. And yes, i am signed in.

Well, not surprisingly, not getting any type of answer/help for this issue. Let’s try this one. In the channel guide there are some shows that have no designation such as New or Repeat which means every single show gets recorded because it can’t tell if it’s new or repeat. This is filling up my DVR a lot of times. How about making sure the show is New or Repeat and just don’t put New on an old show. That’s been happening as well. Shows showing NEW are old shows. How about we get some things taken care of these days?
