Channel doesn’t work anymore

For some reason I don’t get my local sports channel Comcast sports net 720 and 721 anymore. I haven’t changed my plan.

Hello UserAH44 what channels were these for you? Are you in the California Bay Area or in the New England area in the NorthEast?

Usually when there are changes to Xfinity channel lineup, you are notified 30 days ahead, Xfinity will provide notices via bill statements.
