Channel doesn't match XFinity guide

For the past two days, the channels which are supposed to carry The CW programs (channels 13, 805 & 1166) have been showing JewelryTV instead. What's up with that?

Same question here.  JTV is now appearing on the channels listed for The CW, but JTV is also showing on its own channels (the channels where it is listed).  Apparently something is screwed up with the channel feed.

As of this morning (Oct 19), JTV is no longer appearing on the channels for The CW, but I am not sure that what is there is actually the normal CW programing.  The "info" description for the programs do not match what is actually appearing on the screen.

As of 11:00 a.m. on Oct 19, JTV has returned to the channels listed for The CW, but the "info" for the programing indicates the normal CW programing information - not JTV.  Does anyone at Xfinity know what is going on here?

If you're referring to WHPDT3 in South-Central PA, that's what the station is broadcasting over-the-air and apparently delivering to Comcast. The channel flips between JTV and CW, following no pattern that I can make out. ATM the over-the-air and Comcast feeds are showing JTV.

Questions about this should probably be directed to WHP, although it's disappointing that Comcast hasn't already done that for the benefit of its customers.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @user_899fc6. I also appreciate the updates from @FDSJr and @BruceW.I understand this is very frustrating for yourself and many customers in the area. We really appreciate our customers patience and understanding. I did a little investigating and found an open ticket for the issue. At this moment, we don't have an estimated time it will be fixed but rest assured we have an awesome team working on it. Once we have updated information to share, we will reach back out!

@XfinityAnna. Thanks for your response.  We were looking for CW today and had jtv.  It was listed in the Guide as CW, but the programming was jtv.  Very disappointing.

I am having a hard time believing that a WiFi company the size of xFinity with all its security products has not solved the CW 805 jtv issue. I am very disillusioned.

Sinclair stations were hacked earlier in the week. Apparently channel lineup is all screwed up. I have not been able to watch Jeopardy all week because even though the Guide says it's on 7:30pm on 189WSBTD, what's on at that time is The National Desk, a news show I never heard of before. Even when I search for Jeopardy with the microphone feature, it records The National Desk. We should all call Comcast and thell them we want credits on our next bill for the screwups.

My Channel 19 WHPD2 has been showing JTV  for some time instead of regular programs like Last Man Standing, Dateline, etc.  (JTV is also on its own Channel 49). What is going on? I pay a lot for cable service. This is not acceptable.

As of yesterday, CW network programming on WHP-DT3 seems to have returned to normal.

Thank you.  I hope this continues to be the case when the weekend is over.

Does anyone know an update for Channel WHP-D2 which has been showing JTV for 2 weeks now.  At least with the CW, regular programming switched over in the evenings starting at 8PM - which is strange - but WHP-D2 has been nothing but JTV 24/7.

Fox and CW are still showing different channels. I will be pursuing a credit for Comcast it is the 3rd week of disruption! Sinclair should of had this fixed by now it was not a priority.

@user_af191b Comcast only broadcasts the shows provided by the network. If the network is providing the wrong content it is out of our control. We will not provide a credit as the services we provide are working. Our apologies for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused. We look forward to having this resolved soon.
