Channel Commentary
Why do some of my channels recently have someone talking in the back to provide commentary on what is happening in a scene? This isn't on all my channels nor is it on every show on a specific channel. I have witnessed it on NBC and USA but for only a couple of shows.
Is there a way to turn off this feature because to be honest it's a little creepy.
Thanks,
Sharmel

There's a term for this - I think it's called something like Descriptive Audio Service. It's meant for blind or nearly-blind people. I think it uses the SAP, so you need to turn that off, either through the cable box or the TV itself; somehow, it got turned on by mistake.
