Channel Change

Can anyone tell me why my local ABC channel was removed from Comcast? For years I have been receiving ABC through WCJBTV20 out of Gainesville, FL which is the closest city to me and so has local news. Suddenly I only have the option of a Jacksonville, FL channel which carries very limited local news in my area. When I enquire from Comcast I am given the runaround and never receive a callback that was promised.
