Channel and Guide show one thing but a different channel runs

I am in MD.  Channel 210 is supposed to be "Charge".  The guide shows it as this channel and lists the shows.  However, the actual channel that displays is "Stadium".  I want to my ipad and checked the Stream App and the correct show displays.  All of my TVs have the same issue.  There is no way that I could find to report the issue.  How do we fix this?

Hi @user_0c30b3 , thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to help get the proper channel showing on the guide. I can certainly understand the headache this problem would cause. I did check to see if this is a known issue, and I am not showing that we are aware of any problems. I would like to collect some account details from you and try a little troubleshooting on my end.
